Redbourn AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hermano Rodrigues in the 4th minute. After taking down the ball on Redbourn AFC's corner Hermano Rodrigues fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aureliano Herena quite easily take care of the ball. Danial Ching took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Vialli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falckner FC's Aquilino Rozarius managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hermano Rodrigues in the 7 minute of the game. In the 8th minute Gianluca Vialli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danial Ching saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sajeev Hian in the 9th minute of play forced Falckner FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Herena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danial Ching was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gianluca Vialli showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. When Redbourn AFC's Khairul Paine in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The throw-in from Hermano Rodrigues in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Falckner FC's Aquilino Rozarius. Gianluca Vialli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Danial Ching tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Falckner FC's zone, Khairul Paine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureliano Herena came out of the goal and Khairul Paine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, Falckner FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Bermudo to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Khairul Paine left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Redbourn AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 36 minutes into the game, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danial Ching made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. A sloppy throw-in by Hermano Rodrigues in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Falckner FC's Aquilino Rozarius. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gianluca Vialli to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danial Ching was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Redbourn AFC defense, Gianluca Vialli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Danial Ching. The Redbourn AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Danial Ching should have stopped the shot. In the 64th minute, Gianluca Vialli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danial Ching was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. If Gianluca Vialli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Danial Ching took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Vialli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Gianluca Vialli made a precise shot to the right of Danial Ching. Redbourn AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. Redbourn AFC's Danial Ching played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kamuran Zülfikar in the 87th minute of play. Aureliano Herena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryan Tan, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The Falckner FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
