Quentin Capelle got a throw-in 7 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gino Focquier. Gianluca Vialli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristiaan Van de Velde read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gianluca Vialli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristiaan Van de Velde was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Falckner FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aquilino Rozarius in the 31st minute. Aureliano Herena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Focquier in the 35th minute of the match. When Gilberto Librado came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Falckner FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Librado couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilberto Librado got free with Kristiaan Van de Velde in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianluca Vialli made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 56th minute of play forced de belletrekkers's goalkeeper Kristiaan Van de Velde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 minutes of play, Falckner FC's Gianluca Vialli made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristiaan Van de Velde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kamuran Zülfikar, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd match minute, de belletrekkers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Quentin Capelle to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kamuran Zülfikar in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kristiaan Van de Velde saved de belletrekkers from getting behind. The supporters of Falckner FC booed when de belletrekkers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Quentin Capelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kamuran Zülfikar might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristiaan Van de Velde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kamuran Zülfikar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 93rd minute, Kamuran Zülfikar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristiaan Van de Velde was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 96th minute, Kamuran Zülfikar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Falckner FC had won after a very even match.
