In the 26th minute Furia Albiceleste were awarded a corner. Cássio de Alcântara went to the cornerflag to take it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The corner led Furia Albiceleste's Cássio de Alcântara to fire away a dangerous shot which Uriel Chorche despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alfonso Gilabert kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Defensores del Ángel Gris was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximino Calvino to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Furia Albiceleste could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Defensores del Ángel Gris throughout the match.
