Nery Pumpido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Salomon in the 4th minute of the match. Jozef Volders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Isusko in the 6th minute of the match. Nery Pumpido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Beltza in the 14th minute of play. Benjamin Salomon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute Ramiro Isusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jozef Volders saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Racinguista F.C defense, Ramiro Isusko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jozef Volders. The Racinguista F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jozef Volders should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Tabossi getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Albino Sabin hit a great ball. Tabossi's Nery Pumpido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Beltza in the 33rd minute of play. Jozef Volders didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramiro Isusko went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Racinguista F.C were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after Tabossi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marco Jenaro took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Eustacio Rosario got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nery Pumpido quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The wind increased when Hernan Beltza made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Tabossi's goalkeeper Nery Pumpido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Beltza. Nery Pumpido made an important save on a dangerous shot by Froilan Leoiar in the 57th minute. Froilan Leoiar did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Nery Pumpido 59 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Benjamin Salomon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nery Pumpido was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Justo Garaile made in the 65th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tabossi's Ernesto Nalo. In the 70th match minute, Racinguista F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Beltza to maneuver through the defense. Tabossi's Rolando Botello was substituted for Tadeo Eneas. Haroldo Chus hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. The supporters of Racinguista F.C booed when Tabossi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Sabin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 81 played minutes, Racinguista F.C's Marco Jenaro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nery Pumpido came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Racinguista F.C reached it. After a rather tough play, Tabossi's Ernesto Nalo got a free kick in the 82nd minute. If Eustacio Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jozef Volders showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Bondi in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Benjamin Salomon reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nery Pumpido. The goal made the score 3-3. Racinguista F.C were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
