Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfonso Gilabert in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nery Pumpido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 15 minutes, Alfonso Gilabert made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tabossi's Nery Pumpido tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After taking down the ball on Defensores del Ángel Gris's corner Eleuterio Chabier fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nery Pumpido quite easily take care of the ball.
