The supporters of Academia FC booed when Falconara Albanese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Txomin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Orti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute Domingos Sagrario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wojciech Duda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Socorro in the 13th minute of play forced Academia FC's goalkeeper Wojciech Duda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, one of Falconara Albanese:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The audience was convinced that Casimiro Txomin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wojciech Duda was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. The Falconara Albanese fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Falconara Albanese's Casimiro Txomin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Osvaldo Vergaray was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Socorro came free, but Wojciech Duda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia FC's goalkeeper Wojciech Duda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 江崇默 made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Romulo Lucila. After the first half Academia FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Modesto Socorro might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wojciech Duda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Modesto Socorro ran back to his position shaking his head. Asko Kuul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Vergaray having to interfere. Academia FC made a substitution. Giovani Lo Celso replaced Asko Kuul. Falconara Albanese's Ricardo Tab was substituted for Casimiro Txomin. Academia FC's Tancredo Hondaro was substituted for Elmo Jaanovits. After a rather tough play, Academia FC's Fabio Nabar got a free kick in the 68th minute. Wojciech Duda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobri Kolyovski in the 69th minute of the match. In the 69thth minute of the game Dobri Kolyovski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia FC's Wojciech Duda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Falconara Albanese's Osvaldo Vergaray got control of the ball when Tancredo Hondaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Osvaldo Vergaray made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Tancredo Hondaro sent off a good shot on target. 76 minutes into the match, Academia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingos Sagrario came free, but Wojciech Duda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wojciech Duda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobri Kolyovski in the 82nd minute of the match. Wojciech Duda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Tab in the 84th minute of play. If Giovani Lo Celso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Academia FC's Wojciech Duda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Tab in the 88th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Tancredo Hondaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Osvaldo Vergaray was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Academia FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
