With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rıfkı Polat in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Anıl Tamer saved Alpu from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Taha Türköz during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Yüce Safer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mustafa Anıl Tamer. That made the score 1-8 in the 71 minute of play. In the 76th minute, Rıfkı Polat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
