Mustafa Anıl Tamer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Montae, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute, Enrique Montae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Patrido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Anıl Tamer having to interfere. The Alpu fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Alpu's Hüseyin Cahit Acar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Patrido in the 53rd minute of play forced Alpu's goalkeeper Mustafa Anıl Tamer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Ahmet Rıfat Çetin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alpu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balcosna FC the free kick. In the 68th minute of the match Alpu got a corner. Balcosna FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hüseyin Cahit Acar in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anacleto Acuña saved Balcosna FC from getting behind. Alpu's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
