Oğuzalp Ocak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sancarbey Değirmencioğlu in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anacleto Acuña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anacleto Acuña stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sancarbey Değirmencioğlu's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Sancarbey Değirmencioğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Balcosna FC's Evaristo Argi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aral Tanacan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 20 minutes of play, Erfelek's Oğuzalp Ocak made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anacleto Acuña was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aral Tanacan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Montae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genco Seyidhan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Aral Tanacan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Patrido went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute Enrique Montae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aral Tanacan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute Sancarbey Değirmencioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anacleto Acuña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Erfelek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sancar Balkoç to maneuver through the defense. Anacleto Acuña made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Oğuzalp Ocak sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enrique Montae stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Rafael Patrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Enrique Montae managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balcosna FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Montae was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aral Tanacan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael Patrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute, Genco Seyidhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oğuzalp Ocak struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Anacleto Acuña didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erfelek. Enrique Montae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Aral Tanacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Balcosna FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Lucio Javiar hit a great ball. Oğuzalp Ocak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sancarbey Değirmencioğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Anacleto Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balcosna FC's Enrique Montae got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Oğuzalp Ocak came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Erfelek fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oğuzalp Ocak couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Erfelek's zone, Enrique Montae stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aral Tanacan came out of the goal and Enrique Montae tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Enrique Montae got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erfelek's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
