Anacleto Acuña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 37th match minute, barcelono was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Garoa to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute of the match Jaime Chuse sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonas Milio skillfully saved the ball. If Julian Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julian Xacintu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anacleto Acuña read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enrique Montae to make the kick off. Jonas Milio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Montae in the 51st minute of the match. When Enrique Montae came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Balcosna FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Montae couldn't finish the play. Rafael Patrido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Jonas Milio made a huge save. After a rather tough play, barcelono's Arsenio Luar got a free kick in the 58th minute. Jonas Milio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Montae, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Julian Xacintu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saturnino Bieito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lucio Javiar kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Aquilino Florinio charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aquilino Florinio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Saturnino Bieito managed to get in a good position for a shot. barcelono's supporters rose to their feet, but Saturnino Bieito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anacleto Acuña breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Esteve Frichoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes, Hermengildo Silviano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Balcosna FC and the barcelono players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of barcelono booed when Balcosna FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Silviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match Arsenio Luar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anacleto Acuña showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
