Modesto Mudarra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, Real Club Fuengirola's Enrique Flores nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faleh Al Sohali made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Dardanel FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Moner Al Shaikh hit a great ball. With a little luck, Real Club Fuengirola's Modesto Mudarra got control of the ball when Khalefa Mandane tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dardanel FC's Faleh Al Sohali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Guerrero in the 21st minute of play. Anas Al Ramzi's late challenge caught a Real Club Fuengirola's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anas Al Ramzi helped the player get up and apologised. Dardanel FC's Sajid Al Shaikh was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 36th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Real Club Fuengirola's zone, Sharf Al Hashash stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Mudarra came out of the goal and Sharf Al Hashash tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khalefa Mandane got free with Modesto Mudarra in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sharf Al Hashash sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Khalefa Mandane in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Modesto Mudarra, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Khalefa Mandane stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Real Club Fuengirola's goal looked a bit too open when Khalefa Mandane came free, but Modesto Mudarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Real Club Fuengirola's goal looked a bit too open when Sajid Al Shaikh came free, but Modesto Mudarra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Modesto Mudarra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sajid Al Shaikh in the 65th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Khalefa Mandane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Modesto Mudarra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Khalefa Mandane struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Modesto Mudarra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dardanel FC. The supporters of Real Club Fuengirola booed when Dardanel FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moner Al Shaikh didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Khalefa Mandane had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Modesto Mudarra. Real Club Fuengirola's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Khalefa Mandane was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Bahiano Santalla's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Faleh Al Sohali firmly grabbed it by the left post. Modesto Mudarra came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Dardanel FC's Khalefa Mandane. But to his dismay, Khalefa Mandane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Dardanel FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
