Rafael Patridos short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Kuzey Metin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Enrique Montae managed to get in a good position for a shot. Balcosna FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Montae was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kuzey Metin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafael Patrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th match minute, Karamürsel JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ragıp Hükümran to maneuver through the defense. Anacleto Acuña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cevahir Seyfeddin, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 18th minute, Eren Tuğser left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karamürsel JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, Balcosna FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eren Tuğser came free, but Anacleto Acuña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Karamürsel JK fans' excitement grew in the 23rd match minute when Karamürsel JK's Eren Tuğser looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Eren Tuğser's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anacleto Acuña was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. In the 28th match minute, Karamürsel JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İbrahim Özgunes to maneuver through the defense. He walked away shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cevahir Seyfeddin in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anacleto Acuña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anacleto Acuña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cevahir Seyfeddin in the 40th minute of play. If Eren Tuğser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. Rafael Patrido didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-2 via right post in the game's 46th minute. Balcosna FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The Balcosna FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karamürsel JK were winning 1-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cevahir Seyfeddin to make the kick off. Eren Tuğser received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Anacleto Acuña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Eren Tuğser cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Anacleto Acuña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 59th minute, Enrique Montae left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balcosna FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Eren Tuğser who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Anacleto Acuña when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of Balcosna FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Karamürsel JK:s goal. When the match had been going on for 65 minutes, Karamürsel JK's Ragıp Hükümran got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Anacleto Acuña. In the 71st minute, Jaime Chuse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Eren Tuğser managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lütfü Urhan kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Karamürsel JK's zone, Enrique Montae stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kuzey Metin came out of the goal and Enrique Montae tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Balcosna FC booed when Karamürsel JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aras İpek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kuzey Metin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Patrido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Karamürsel JK's zone, Enrique Montae stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kuzey Metin came out of the goal and Enrique Montae tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 97 minutes into the match, Balcosna FC's goalkeeper Anacleto Acuña had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eren Tuğser. When Eren Tuğser came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Karamürsel JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eren Tuğser couldn't finish the play. The Karamürsel JK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Karamürsel JK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
