Modesto Mudarra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rouhl FK. The crowd rose to their feet as Evaristo Sánchez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Canosa. That made the score 1-1 in the 18 minute of play. A collision led to Real Club Fuengirola getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Bahiano Santalla hit a great ball. If Gaston Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute, Tome Cainzos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the match, Gaston Guerrero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Canosa. Rouhl FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaston Guerrero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 32nd minute, Real Club Fuengirola's Bahiano Santalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-1. When Gaston Guerrero came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Real Club Fuengirola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaston Guerrero couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Flores got free with Rodolfo Canosa in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Canosa was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Bahiano Santalla capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bahiano Santalla really showed his touch with that goal: 5-1. After 41 minutes of play, Rouhl FK's Tome Cainzos made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Modesto Mudarra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rouhl FK's Rodolfo Canosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Rouhl FK from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ariando Machado made the kick off in the second half. After 56 played minutes Real Club Fuengirola got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Flores. 58 minutes into the game, Rouhl FK's Tome Cainzos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Modesto Mudarra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. The supporters of Rouhl FK booed when Real Club Fuengirola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bautista Contratas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ariando Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodolfo Canosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahiano Santalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65thth minute of the game Tome Cainzos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Club Fuengirola's Modesto Mudarra was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Rouhl FK's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Guerrero came free, but Rodolfo Canosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Rouhl FK's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Sánchez came free, but Rodolfo Canosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee showed Enrique Flores the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tome Cainzos in the 79th minute of play forced Real Club Fuengirola's goalkeeper Modesto Mudarra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Real Club Fuengirola! Modesto Mudarra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tome Cainzos in the 85th minute of the match. During the 86th minute of the match Enrique Flores completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Enrique Flores a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Tome Cainzos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Modesto Mudarra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tome Cainzos took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Modesto Mudarra. Modesto Mudarra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-6.
