Oshyros ll's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bucura the free kick. Justino Elequemedo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sten Andrejević stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Bucura's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Intxixu came free, but Nechifor Zeciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlomagno Nunez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fumo Pocock having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlomagno Nunez got free with Fumo Pocock in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nechifor Zeciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Autret in the 70th minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Bucura was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yu Yang Chao to maneuver through the defense. Oshyros ll made a substitution. François Marotte replaced Isaac Intxixu. Oshyros ll made a substitution. Leonardo Maiorga replaced Freddy Macias. After a rather tough play, Bucura's Yu Yang Chao got a free kick in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Andrejević in the 76th minute of play forced Bucura's goalkeeper Nechifor Zeciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oshyros ll's Fumo Pocock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlomagno Nunez in the 78th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Bucura's Erasmo Neiva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Nechifor Zeciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Autret in the 89th minute of play. Erasmo Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fumo Pocock having to interfere. In the 96th minute of the game Leonardo Maiorga made a throw-in which François Marotte played forward. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Oshyros ll players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
