The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieter Breves in the 3rd minute of play forced Joinville City - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Haji Sarap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3 minutes into the match, Joinville City - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dieter Breves came free, but Haji Sarap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the LKS Do Bigosu defense, Geovanildo Luis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov. The LKS Do Bigosu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov should have stopped the shot. Bernardino Llorenc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov having to interfere. Gilbert Zbikowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Haji Sarap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Dieter Breves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Haji Sarap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieter Breves in the 21st minute of the match. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Haji Sarap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieter Breves in the 30th minute of play. Dieter Breves might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Haji Sarap. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dieter Breves ran back to his position shaking his head. Haji Sarap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dieter Breves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovanildo Luis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov having to make a save. Rostyslav Solodkyi hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, LKS Do Bigosu's Raphael Santalla got a free kick in the 45th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 55 played minutes LKS Do Bigosu got a freekick which was hit by Dieter Breves. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovanildo Luis, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Haji Sarap successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Bernardino Llorenc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joinville City - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Llorenc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Marcus Allbäck was substituted for Bernardino Llorenc. Joinville City - FSCMZ's Adhemar Santos was substituted for Geovanildo Luis. 68 minutes into the match, LKS Do Bigosu's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Allbäck came free, but Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Marcus Allbäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Allbäck in the 72nd minute of play forced LKS Do Bigosu's goalkeeper Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LKS Do Bigosu made a substitution. Borys Zagrobelny replaced Fabian Tomaszewski. A throw-in in the 76th minute of the game was made by Drew Zaelani with Marcus Allbäck as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Borys Zagrobelny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Joinville City - FSCMZ booed when LKS Do Bigosu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dieter Breves didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, LKS Do Bigosu's goal looked a bit too open when George Pogba came free, but Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Pogba in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adhemar Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 94th minute, Adhemar Santos made a precise shot to the right of Nuşirävan Cäbrayilov. LKS Do Bigosu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0.
