The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. One of Los Trip:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Joinville City - FSCMZ:s goal. The excitement rose when Joinville City - FSCMZ's João Francisco Arce after 55 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Los Trip's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovanildo Luis in the 59th minute of play forced Los Trip's goalkeeper Agustín Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
