With an all-out effort, Nacional's Igor Vapordzhiev threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Grabiel Escorcia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The MIHAEL manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Nacional to win.
