KS LEW Chorzów's Bogumil Nowak managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Julian Giertych in the 11 minute of the game. After 12 minutes, Zdzislaw Waselewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS LEW Chorzów and the SuRpRiSe players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th match minute, KS LEW Chorzów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zdzislaw Waselewicz to maneuver through the defense. Zachary Pracki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ofer Maa went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Zygmunt Walentowicz managed to get in a good position for a shot. KS LEW Chorzów's supporters rose to their feet, but Zygmunt Walentowicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the match, KS LEW Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Werra came free, but Zachary Pracki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lech Gondela was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Lucjan Nowacki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucjan Nowacki really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. In the 31st minute Damian Werra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Pracki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to KS LEW Chorzów getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bogumil Nowak hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Damian Werra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuRpRiSe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damian Werra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Werra in the 52nd minute of play forced KS LEW Chorzów's goalkeeper Zachary Pracki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th play minute Ofer Maa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zachary Pracki. 2-5. Lech Gondela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Hodyl, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, KS LEW Chorzów's Zdzislaw Waselewicz got a free kick in the 67th minute. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Ofer Maa took a quick shot and it went in 2-6 without a chance for Zachary Pracki to make any attempt to save it. KS LEW Chorzów were furious when Witalis Blochowiak was red carded, 71 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 83rd minute, Roko Koko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the game, SuRpRiSe's Ofer Maa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zachary Pracki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-9. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Damian Werra got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 95th minute, Ofer Maa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuRpRiSe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-10. SuRpRiSe's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
