After 12 played minutes FC Cavia Pyskowice got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Mietus. The crowd rose to their feet as Gorom Kanø kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mariusz Modrzewski. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. Mariusz Modrzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xilo Cortada, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Patryk Mietus hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Daniel Kolacki kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Purple Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Wawrzyniec Sawicki came free, but Ubaldo Lluterio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute Beto Centella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariusz Modrzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sylwester Poremba during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 37 played minutes FC Cavia Pyskowice got a freekick which was hit by Sylwester Poremba. Ubaldo Lluterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patryk Mietus in the 40th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, FC Cavia Pyskowice's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Centella came free, but Mariusz Modrzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beto Centella spun around in front of the goal 44 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Cavia Pyskowice's goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 53 played minutes, Purple Shadows's Rafettin Üner shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mariusz Modrzewski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Purple Shadows reached it. With a little luck, Purple Shadows's Ubaldo Lluterio got control of the ball when Patryk Mietus tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of FC Cavia Pyskowice booed when Purple Shadows was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konrad Wojton didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Enerik Hyka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariusz Modrzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xilo Cortada in the 63rd minute of play. Mariusz Modrzewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enerik Hyka in the 94th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Fermin Kimetz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Cavia Pyskowice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Purple Shadows the free kick. The FC Cavia Pyskowice supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Cavia Pyskowice would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
