The audience was convinced that Zygmunt Jarmulowicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwidon Dubilas was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. WZG Sandomierz's Alper Benli got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 78 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Kolacki came free, but Alfred Dziatkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Lech Max's Gwidon Dubilas got control of the ball when Zygmunt Jarmulowicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the WZG Sandomierz defense, Sebastian Skaradowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfred Dziatkowski. The WZG Sandomierz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfred Dziatkowski should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd match minute, WZG Sandomierz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damazy Puch to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over WZG Sandomierz could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lech Max throughout the match.
