In the 21st minute Irwin Monney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victorino Gaufred saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Herz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victorino Gaufred having to make a save. In the 27thth minute of the game Jonas Herz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gilles Clerc got free with Victorino Gaufred in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victorino Gaufred made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gilles Clerc sent off a good shot on target. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Herz to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Sendoa. In the 55th minute, Serge Tomasini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Jonas Herz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorino Gaufred. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Herz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, David Aimar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piratas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but David Aimar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sepp Mainville breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilles Clerc in the 64th minute of play. Victorino Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Herz in the 69th minute of the match. After 91 minutes, Jonas Herz made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Albain Furst hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Zelg FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
