Damian Precioso started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Jaizki came free, but Victorino Gaufred reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Alfonso Goicoechea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victorino Gaufred. Piratas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfonso Goicoechea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 11 played minutes Piratas FC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Casomiro. Emil Chwalkiewicz made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Paolo Caradaro immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfonso Goicoechea in the 22nd minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 23rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustaquio Jaizki in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Gaufred prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Precioso got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Erramu in the 30th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorino Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Jaizki in the 31st minute of the match. Damian Precioso came free with the goalkeeper in the 32nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pankracy Glogowski could save by the left post. Emil Chwalkiewicz made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Paolo Caradaro however managed to control. Anselmo Nevada took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorino Gaufred. Victorino Gaufred dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 42nd minute, Damian Precioso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atlético Atlanta's Ciro Ferdinand couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Piratas FC. The Piratas FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Atlanta were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alfonso Goicoechea made a kick off. Piratas FC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd minute Club Atlético Atlanta were awarded a corner. Ciro Ferdinand went to the cornerflag to take it. Anselmo Nevada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Piratas FC defense, Eustaquio Jaizki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victorino Gaufred. The Piratas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victorino Gaufred should have stopped the shot. Club Atlético Atlanta made a substitution. Benigno Abreu replaced Remigio Erramu. Victorino Gaufred made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Jaizki in the 73rd minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paolo Caradaro. 79 minutes into the game, Horacio Goren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Piratas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atlético Atlanta the free kick. 80 minutes into the match, Alfonso Goicoechea dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victorino Gaufred, 1-6. 85 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Jaizki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Victorino Gaufred. Eustaquio Jaizki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Francesco in the 91st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benigno Abreu during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benigno Abreu to maneuver through the defense.
