After 5 played minutes Overpower FC got a freekick which was hit by Ademar Quadros. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Trevilla in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aguinaga Nebot saved Esmeraldas S.C. from getting behind. Aguinaga Nebot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Trevilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Martinez Cines had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aguinaga Nebot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Trevilla in the 22nd minute of the match. Aguinaga Nebot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niels Vandamme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aguinaga Nebot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niels Vandamme's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Esmeraldas S.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Timo Werner was slow to take the kick. During this time Overpower FC's players had a chance to rest. Zdzislaw Motowski came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aguinaga Nebot could save by the left post. Zdzislaw Motowski scored 1-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aguinaga Nebot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Damian Maftei took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brett Hart. Brett Hart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Maftei in the 43rd minute of play forced Overpower FC's goalkeeper Brett Hart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Overpower FC's Patryk Bykowski was substituted for Zdzislaw Motowski. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patryk Bykowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Brett Hart was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Willy Reynolds capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Willy Reynolds really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Aguinaga Nebot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timo Werner in the 56th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Niels Vandamme in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Esmeraldas S.C.'s Martinez Cines. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Aguinaga Nebot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Zárate in the 62nd minute of play. Aguinaga Nebot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Timo Werner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Maftei took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brett Hart. Brett Hart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 85th minute Timo Werner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aguinaga Nebot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aguinaga Nebot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timo Werner's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Overpower FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 94th minute. Penalty! The supporters of Overpower FC booed when Esmeraldas S.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefanos Terzopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball.
