Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guga Trancoso took the kick off in the first half of the match. 8 minutes into the match, FC GIDLE's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir de Sena came free, but Artur Sarnat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 minutes FC GIDLE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Renato Sá who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, FC GIDLE's Radoslaw Kocieniewski got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Trancoso in the 13th minute of play forced FC GIDLE's goalkeeper Artur Sarnat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14thth minute of the game Vladimir de Sena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC GIDLE's Artur Sarnat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimir de Sena in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Sarnat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Artur Sarnat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baturhan Oytun, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Artur Sarnat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guga Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th match minute, PIAUÍ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Víktor Santos to maneuver through the defense. Artur Sarnat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guga Trancoso in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guga Trancoso in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Sarnat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. PIAUÍ FC's Iurie Chiriacescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by A.J. 张飞 in the 31st minute of play. Vladimir de Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Sarnat having to interfere. Christer Belzner's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iurie Chiriacescu firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 36th match minute, FC GIDLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zhuo Jing Shi to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Guga Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Sarnat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Sarnat had in the 48thth minute some difficulties stopping Baturhan Oytun's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Christer Belzner made the kick off in the second half. Baturhan Oytun came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Artur Sarnat could save by the left post. Christer Belzner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guga Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Batista hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. When A.J. 张飞 fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC GIDLE's protests and gave A.J. 张飞 a yellow card for diving instead. In the 62nd match minute, FC GIDLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by A.J. 张飞 to maneuver through the defense. Iurie Chiriacescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radoslaw Kocieniewski in the 66th minute of play. If Christer Belzner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PIAUÍ FC made a substitution. Mete Gøl replaced Guga Trancoso. FC GIDLE's Tomasz Skikiewicz was substituted for Christer Belzner. 71 minutes into the match, PIAUÍ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomasz Skikiewicz came free, but Iurie Chiriacescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, PIAUÍ FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Renato Sá to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Skikiewicz in the 74th minute of play forced PIAUÍ FC's goalkeeper Iurie Chiriacescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute of the match, Mete Gøl tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Artur Sarnat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Baturhan Oytun's late challenge caught a FC GIDLE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baturhan Oytun helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes PIAUÍ FC got a freekick which was hit by Baturhan Oytun. Artur Sarnat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimir de Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Iurie Chiriacescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Skikiewicz in the 91st minute of the match. Iurie Chiriacescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Skikiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. FC GIDLE were awarded a corner in the 98th minute after PIAUÍ FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zdzislaw Krzynowek took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Zdzislaw Krzynowek got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Iurie Chiriacescu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 0-0. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.
With new strength the players walked out on the field for the first half of overtime. Mete Gøl in PIAUÍ FC was the one to initiate the kick off. Vladimir de Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Artur Sarnat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 103rdth minute of the game Vladimir de Sena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC GIDLE's Artur Sarnat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 106 minutes into the match, FC GIDLE's Tomasz Skikiewicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iurie Chiriacescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of FC GIDLE booed when PIAUÍ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 110 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baturhan Oytun didn't get a good kick on the ball. PIAUÍ FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
