To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Erlingur Haaland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Legnano's Maciej Walicki got control of the ball when Erlingur Haaland tried to sneak it across the goal line. Avery Novak took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maciej Walicki. Maciej Walicki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After having played for 18 minutes, Avery Novak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chihuahua StrikerS™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Avery Novak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Danail Batalski notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Chihuahua StrikerS™'s Emilian Martinez. Emilian Martinez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Danail Batalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emilian Martinez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. When Chihuahua StrikerS™'s Rogério Vidal in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Emilian Martinez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danail Batalski in the 40th minute of the match. Maciej Walicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Avery Novak's shot from short distance in the 41st minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rogério Vidal was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rogério Vidal in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maciej Walicki saved Legnano from getting behind. In the 54th match minute, Chihuahua StrikerS™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorie Ceusters to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Avery Novak in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maciej Walicki prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
