Uriel Chorche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maciej Ciemiega, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ruquense FC booed when Defensores del Ángel Gris was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Aimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfonso Gilabert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Joseph hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After 72 minutes Defensores del Ángel Gris's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maciej Ciemiega who took care of the corner kick. Ruquense FC's 莫正凌 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Uriel Chorche in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ruquense FC were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Defensores del Ángel Gris's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maciej Ciemiega took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ruquense FC's corner Aadolf Virolainen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Uriel Chorche quite easily take care of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Serafim Catranides in the 76th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ruquense FC's Cirilo Francesco. Cirilo Francesco made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Defensores del Ángel Gris's Leopoldo Aimar. 79 minutes into the match, Ruquense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Gilabert came free, but François-Xavier Dionnet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
