CeciForEver's Fermin Basajaun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Vadillos in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute CeciForEver were awarded a corner. Romeo Micael went to the cornerflag to take it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Belo Alvarez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, CeciForEver was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Inautzi to maneuver through the defense. When Ermegildo Gitano fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CeciForEver's protests and gave Ermegildo Gitano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to CeciForEver getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ermegildo Gitano hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CeciForEver had played much better football throughout.
