The Consejo del Mate fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Consejo del Mate's Bolo Bolaño looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fagildo Pamanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Asteri having to interfere. Cornelio Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bolo Bolaño, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Eusebio Gartzi hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Peyo Fonelleda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cornelio Asteri, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Baristo in the 25th minute of play forced Consejo del Mate's goalkeeper Hugo Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fagildo Pamanes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Peyo Fonelleda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cornelio Asteri came out and tried to block the shot, but Peyo Fonelleda slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 31st minute. 40 minutes into the match, Bolo Bolaño dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cornelio Asteri, 4-0. Bolo Bolaño fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Asteri having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Isidoro Baristo made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Fagildo Pamanes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Cornelio Asteri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Peyo Fonelleda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Consejo del Mate's Danilo Gomesano was substituted for Peyo Fonelleda. Cornelio Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fagildo Pamanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Danilo Gomesano sped through Guansa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cornelio Asteri. 72 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Gomesano came free, but Cornelio Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Guansa's goal looked a bit too open when Ervin Alla came free, but Cornelio Asteri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Bolo Bolaño got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Consejo del Mate's Julio Kemen got a free kick in the 76th minute. Cornelio Asteri came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Consejo del Mate's Danilo Gomesano. But to his dismay, Danilo Gomesano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. The supporters of Consejo del Mate booed when Guansa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Terciero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornelio Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Gomesano, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Bolo Bolaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cornelio Asteri came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Consejo del Mate's Danilo Gomesano. But to his dismay, Danilo Gomesano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. There was no doubt that Consejo del Mate were the better team. Consejo del Mate's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
