Engenheiros da Vila's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flávio Mineiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Witold Gotfryd had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eriberto Queirós. Engenheiros da Vila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witold Gotfryd was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 沈竞伟 hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. If Flávio Mineiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Queirós made an important save on a dangerous shot by Witold Gotfryd in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Witold Gotfryd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Nicky Williamson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Jacinto in the 29th minute of play. With a little luck, Engenheiros da Vila's Eriberto Queirós got control of the ball when Witold Gotfryd tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lucas Lopez charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lucas Lopez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute, Lucas Lopez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the OS IMPOSSIVEIS defense, Geraldo Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicky Williamson. The OS IMPOSSIVEIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicky Williamson should have stopped the shot. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Geraldo Fernandez made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, OS IMPOSSIVEIS's Lucas Lopez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Queirós narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Lucas Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 played minutes Engenheiros da Vila got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Panella. Eriberto Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Gotfryd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. OS IMPOSSIVEIS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucas Lopez in the 64th minute. In the 64th match minute, OS IMPOSSIVEIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Cardozo to maneuver through the defense. Witold Gotfryd kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Engenheiros da Vila's Eriberto Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Gotfryd in the 73rd minute of play. Eriberto Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witold Gotfryd's shot from short distance in the 94th minute.
