With a little luck, CA Boca Jrs MdP's Miguel Gonzales got control of the ball when Robby Van Steen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute, Mauricio Fonda made a precise shot to the right of Michel Hendrickx. Olavarria FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Isaias Matas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miguel Gonzales showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Matas in the 30th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, CA Boca Jrs MdP's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Matas came free, but Miguel Gonzales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Matas got free with Miguel Gonzales in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th match minute, CA Boca Jrs MdP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Gartzea to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Miguel Gonzales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Matas in the 52nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Candido Ferman during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes CA Boca Jrs MdP got a freekick which was hit by Candido Ferman.
