Walmir Linhares made in the 6th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Oséias Moura however managed to control. Rafinha Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Beneth, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilmar Almeida charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilmar Almeida the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilmar Almeida hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Rafinha Messias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Euloxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafinha Messias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrik Beneth in the 18th minute of play. In the 25th minute, Patrik Beneth left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kingpins fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 28 minutes into the game, Kingpins's Victorino Euloxu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafinha Messias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Victorino Euloxu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kingpins's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorino Euloxu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafinha Messias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amauri Donatello hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the game, Kingpins's Patrik Beneth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rafinha Messias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Victorino Euloxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Messias having to interfere. After 39 minutes of play, Kingpins's Patrik Beneth made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafinha Messias was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Patrik Beneth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kingpins's Patrik Beneth in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Castro Alves FC's goalie prevented a goal. Victorino Euloxu might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafinha Messias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victorino Euloxu ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the match, Patrik Beneth notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Castro Alves FC's Rafinha Messias. Rafinha Messias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Castro Alves FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kingpins were winning 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oséias Moura to strike the kick off in the second half. Rafinha Messias was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Patrik Beneth capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Patrik Beneth really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 56th minute, Amauri Donatello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafinha Messias made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Patrik Beneth sent off a good shot on target. Castro Alves FC's Rafinha Messias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Castro Alves FC from getting a goal against them. Rafinha Messias made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorino Euloxu in the 71st minute. In the 71st minute, Victorino Euloxu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rafinha Messias. The goal made the score 0-9. After 76 minutes, Patrik Beneth made it 0-10 with a short kick to the right side. Castro Alves FC's Rafinha Messias tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Patrik Beneth succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-11 in the 81st playminute. Castro Alves FC's Rafinha Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Beneth in the 86th minute of play. Walmir Linhares made in the 88th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Oséias Moura immediately put the ball in play. 93 minutes into the match, Harry Sjö had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafinha Messias. Castro Alves FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Harry Sjö was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-12. 98 minutes into the match, Kingpins's Patrik Beneth sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafinha Messias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over Kingpins could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Castro Alves FC throughout the match.
