In the 27thth minute of the game Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pegaso FC's Imran Johnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. WZG Sandomierz's Zygmunt Jarmulowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pegaso FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kala Mala was slow to take the kick. During this time WZG Sandomierz's players had a chance to rest. The corner led WZG Sandomierz's Mariusz Basaik to fire away a dangerous shot which Imran Johnsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The corner ended in Kala Mala almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pegaso FC's Imran Johnsson did a great save. 67 minutes into the match, Pegaso FC's goalkeeper Imran Johnsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink. Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Imran Johnsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alfred Dziatkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Pello in the 69th minute of play. After some careless play in the WZG Sandomierz defense, Franklin do Nascimento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfred Dziatkowski. The WZG Sandomierz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfred Dziatkowski should have stopped the shot. Mariusz Basaik hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franklin do Nascimento in the 86th minute of play forced WZG Sandomierz's goalkeeper Alfred Dziatkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pegaso FC's zone, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Imran Johnsson came out of the goal and Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zygmunt Jarmulowicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Imran Johnsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zygmunt Jarmulowicz ran back to his position shaking his head. Pegaso FC's Imran Johnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Pegaso FC from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute of the match, Jimmy-Floyd Hasselbaink got a very nice opportunity to score, but Imran Johnsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to WZG Sandomierz getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ludomir Raszek hit a great ball. Franklin do Nascimento scored 3-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfred Dziatkowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. WZG Sandomierz's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
