Geovani Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Batalhão do Peçanha's Arnaldo Tróia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maicon Trevisan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Geovani Sanches sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Geovani Sanches took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Petr Čech to make any attempt to save it. Maicon Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Tróia in the 28th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Jereba 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Kuan Yun came free, but Maicon Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Netto in the 39th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Epaminondas Baba to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Jereba 4EVER getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Dito Quirino hit a great ball. Maicon Trevisan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ma Kuan Yun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jereba 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovani Sanches was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petr Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Geovani Sanches recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute Vânderson Vasconcelos suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Batalhão do Peçanha made a substitution. Severino Dracena replaced Vânderson Vasconcelos. With an all-out effort, Batalhão do Peçanha's Maicon Trevisan threw himself towards the right post 92 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ma Kuan Yun, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With his leg Maicon Trevisan managed to avoid a goal in the 94thth minute, when Batalhão do Peçanha's Epaminondas Baba fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
