Gracie Barra were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after BOTAFOGO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Thiago Silvan took the corner. The corner led Gracie Barra's Jago Štriker to fire away a dangerous shot which Adalberto Breckenfeld despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 11th minute Jago Štriker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adalberto Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kauan Melo charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kauan Melo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gracie Barra booed when BOTAFOGO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauan Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Gracie Barra fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Gracie Barra's Jago Štriker looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 25th minute of the match Gracie Barra got a corner. BOTAFOGO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. After 48 minutes of play, Gracie Barra's Augusto Saldanha made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adalberto Breckenfeld was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Gracie Barra were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Pedro Velloso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adalberto Breckenfeld. BOTAFOGO's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 61 minutes, Augusto Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gracie Barra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Saldanha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute Jaanek Oese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Falcão Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, BOTAFOGO's Adalberto Breckenfeld got control of the ball when Augusto Saldanha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Augusto Saldanha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Adalberto Breckenfeld made a huge save. 70 minutes into the match, Jago Štriker notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of BOTAFOGO's Adalberto Breckenfeld. Adalberto Breckenfeld was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gracie Barra's Ke Feng Zhen was substituted for Jago Štriker. When Ke Feng Zhen came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Gracie Barra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ke Feng Zhen couldn't finish the play. Adalberto Breckenfeld had great luck who in the 75thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ke Feng Zhen from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. When Gracie Barra's Ke Feng Zhen in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BOTAFOGO's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Ke Feng Zhen put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Adalberto Breckenfeld. The Gracie Barra fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Gracie Barra's Ke Feng Zhen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Ke Feng Zhens short, quick shot in the 91stth minute got Adalberto Breckenfeld to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Ke Feng Zhen put it in 0-8 from a short distance just to the right of Adalberto Breckenfeld. Gracie Barra's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
