Victoriano Bernaldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pascual Lesardo made in the 10th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Walter San Juan. Darryl Buckner might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Lastur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Darryl Buckner ran back to his position shaking his head. Andres Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darryl Buckner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Jax in the 18th minute of play. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Salomon in the 19th minute of play. Victoriano Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Bernaldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Jax in the 20th minute of play. Leopoldo Rosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner led GERLIROJO Ψ's Nicolas Salomon to fire away a dangerous shot which Victoriano Bernaldo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Victoriano Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Jax, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Jax, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match GERLIROJO Ψ got a corner. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The corner ended in Adriano Vilanova almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Victoriano Bernaldo did a great save. Victoriano Bernaldo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnout Van den Wyngaert's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Victoriano Bernaldo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Jax went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Martin Jax took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victoriano Bernaldo. Victoriano Bernaldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Epifanio Ibañez made a kick off. Victoriano Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Ibañez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Darryl Buckner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of GERLIROJO Ψ booed when Dep Colonia Avellaneda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Libertad didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dep Colonia Avellaneda's zone, Epifanio Ibañez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Bernaldo came out of the goal and Epifanio Ibañez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Tufescu in the 66th minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Andres Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's Vasile Tufescu got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andres Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darryl Buckner in the 76th minute of play. Andres Lastur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Buckner in the 78th minute of the match. Epifanio Ibañez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. GERLIROJO Ψ's Adriano Vilanova quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mariano Silbestre, made in the 84th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Ibañez in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Bernaldo saved Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Leopoldo Rosa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dep Colonia Avellaneda's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Rosa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andres Lastur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Epifanio Ibañez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Victoriano Bernaldo made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Epifanio Ibañez in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victoriano Bernaldo saved Dep Colonia Avellaneda from getting behind. The GERLIROJO Ψ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
