Falckner FC were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Trapiche's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olaf Ciempa took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Olaf Ciempa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Federico Fe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 15th minute, Maximo Aritza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Federico Fe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Anastasio Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Itzaina in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Falckner FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Maximo Aritza hit a great ball. Feliciano Porfiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Maximo Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Trapiche's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olaf Ciempa was slow to take the kick. During this time Falckner FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Falckner FC's Olaf Ciempa to fire away a dangerous shot which Federico Fe despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Osasun came free, but Anastasio Maldonado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Trapiche fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when Trapiche's Feliciano Porfiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Saverio Osasun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Maldonado having to interfere. Trapiche's Federico Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Vialli in the 41st minute of play. Federico Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Aritza in the 44th minute of the match. The nice shot from Gianluca Vialli in the 45thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Federico Fe had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Trapiche's Federico Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Baldovino in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes Trapiche's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Olaf Ciempa who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Gianluca Vialli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Federico Fe was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 57thth minute of the game Gianluca Vialli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trapiche's Federico Fe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st match minute, Trapiche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Iruinea to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gianluca Vialli in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Federico Fe saved Trapiche from getting behind. In the 64th minute Maximo Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Fe came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Falckner FC's Maximo Aritza. But to his dismay, Maximo Aritza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Federico Fe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Aritza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Falckner FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olaf Ciempa in the 78th minute. In the 83rd minute Gianluca Vialli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anastasio Maldonado made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Feliciano Porfiro sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Trapiche's zone, Gianluca Vialli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Fe came out of the goal and Gianluca Vialli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Anastasio Maldonado successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Falckner FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
