Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) With an all-out effort, Thames Ironworks FC's Isak Jacobsson threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Niklas Bäck, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Dick Melander came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Sweden's Sebastian Käller. But to his dismay, Sebastian Käller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Fredric Hybbert kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute of the match, Torgny Forsman got a very nice opportunity to score, but Isak Jacobsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Dick Melander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Käller in the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, Thames Ironworks FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Dick Melander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 played minutes Sweden got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Västberg. After having played for 40 minutes, Niklas Bäck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thames Ironworks FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niklas Bäck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thames Ironworks FC's Dick Melander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Käller in the 42nd minute of play. Dick Melander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Käller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Sweden were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niklas Bäck to strike the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Galo Geromel with Rickard Nilsson as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Torgny Forsman struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Isak Jacobsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Thames Ironworks FC. Isak Jacobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Bäck in the 67th minute of the match. Sebastian Käller might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dick Melander. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Käller ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Thames Ironworks FC's Yngve Wennerquist got a free kick in the 78th minute. Sweden's Junior Junior was substituted for Fredric Hybbert. In the 80th minute, Yngve Wennerquist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 82 minutes Thames Ironworks FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joacim Hansson who took care of the corner kick. Sweden's Jörgen Levander was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dick Melander in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Jörgen Levander sped through Thames Ironworks FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dick Melander. Isak Jacobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Bäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute Niklas Bäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isak Jacobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sweden's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gösta Granström was slow to take the kick. During this time Thames Ironworks FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Thames Ironworks FC's Valter Vibjörnsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Isak Jacobsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The Thames Ironworks FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sweden were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
