Luís Guilherme Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Inácio Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tulhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Machado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilian Bivolaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, Croft 1's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho Loureiro came free, but Emilian Bivolaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilian Bivolaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Inácio Machado in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Croft 1's goal looked a bit too open when Rubinho Loureiro came free, but Emilian Bivolaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Condrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tulhas's Alfredo Favoretto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Tulhas from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tulhas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cornel Finteșteanu was slow to take the kick. During this time Croft 1's players had a chance to rest. Croft 1's Cornel Finteșteanu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alfredo Favoretto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 29 minutes into the match, Tulhas's goalkeeper Alfredo Favoretto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florin Răducu. Gabriel Condrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florin Răducu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Alfredo Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florin Răducu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilian Bivolaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rubinho Loureiro in the 39th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Tasso hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute Gabriel Condrea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Favoretto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florin Răducu to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Tulhas's zone, Florin Răducu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredo Favoretto came out of the goal and Florin Răducu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rubinho Loureiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rubinho Loureiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luiz Fábio Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Tulhas's Alfredo Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florin Răducu in the 69th minute of play. Inácio Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Bivolaru having to interfere. Alfredo Favoretto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Răducu in the 88th minute of play. Tulhas were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Croft 1's much stronger midfield.
