Şinasi Nuralp hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Croft 1's goal looked a bit too open when Arif Çelebi Kemalettin came free, but Emilian Bivolaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yesilköy JK's Mevlüt Yetiş got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mevlüt Yetiş got free with Emilian Bivolaru in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 46 played minutes Yesilköy JK got a freekick which was hit by Şinasi Nuralp. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arif Çelebi Kemalettin was the one to do the kick off. The Croft 1 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilian Bivolaru should have stopped the shot. If Florin Răducu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Croft 1 booed when Yesilköy JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şinasi Nuralp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Onur Ali Erdursun's late challenge caught a Croft 1's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Onur Ali Erdursun helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Yesilköy JK getting a freekick after 77 minutes play.
