When Binjamin Libesoons came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the AFC Hoogdonk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Binjamin Libesoons couldn't finish the play. Gabriel Condrea might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pieter-Jan Goethuys. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Condrea ran back to his position shaking his head. Binjamin Libesoons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Condrea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pieter-Jan Goethuys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florin Răducu scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pieter-Jan Goethuys, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emilian Bivolaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Binjamin Libesoons, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Croft 1's goal looked a bit too open when Binjamin Libesoons came free, but Emilian Bivolaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Florin Răducu came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Croft 1 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florin Răducu couldn't finish the play. Pino Colebinders charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pino Colebinders the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Croft 1 booed when AFC Hoogdonk was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pino Colebinders didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Binjamin Libesoons in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilian Bivolaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elias Vissenaekers made a kick off. Emilian Bivolaru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elias Vissenaekers went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Emilian Bivolaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Vissenaekers's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Florin Răducu took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pieter-Jan Goethuys. Pieter-Jan Goethuys dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Elias Vissenaekers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emilian Bivolaru having to interfere. Croft 1's Emilian Bivolaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Croft 1 from getting a goal against them. In the 68th match minute, Croft 1 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Gogea to maneuver through the defense. 69 minutes into the match, AFC Hoogdonk's Yoeri Steenbeeck broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 73rd minute Croft 1 were awarded a corner. Cornel Finteșteanu went to the cornerflag to take it. 75 minutes into the match, Croft 1's goalkeeper Emilian Bivolaru had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Binjamin Libesoons. Martin Gogea kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, AFC Hoogdonk's Emilian Bivolaru threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Elias Vissenaekers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emilian Bivolaru had great luck who in the 82ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Elias Vissenaekers from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Vali Zorlescu hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, AFC Hoogdonk's Pino Colebinders dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. Elias Vissenaekers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Emilian Bivolaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Condrea in the 96th minute of play forced AFC Hoogdonk's goalkeeper Pieter-Jan Goethuys to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Croft 1's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cornel Finteșteanu in the 98th minute. It was a well-played corner which Florin Răducu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florin Răducu during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Florin Răducu kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AFC Hoogdonk had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
