Mevlüt Yetiş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiachra Colwell having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kiniska's Bradain McSteven got a free kick in the 5th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Yesilköy JK's Rahman Tevfik tried to score from far away in the 5th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Yesilköy JK getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Cihat Bilgen hit a great ball. After 10 minutes, Musa İmar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yesilköy JK and the Kiniska players grew even worse after the yellow card. Donelle Kirby blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bedrettin Sakman having to make a save. Fiachra Colwell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mevlüt Yetiş in the 15th minute of play. Efe Özal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiachra Colwell having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Birr Mullan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Birr Mullan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th match minute, Kiniska was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bairthmead McDecland to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birr Mullan got free with Bedrettin Sakman in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 39 minutes, Birr Mullan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kiniska's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birr Mullan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mevlüt Yetiş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 44 minutes of play, Yesilköy JK's Mevlüt Yetiş made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fiachra Colwell was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 51st minute, Efe Özal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 53rd match minute, Yesilköy JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şinasi Nuralp to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Yesilköy JK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Şinasi Nuralp hit a great ball. Devlin Tracy, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With his leg Fiachra Colwell managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Yesilköy JK's Efe Özal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Donelle Kirby struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Bedrettin Sakman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kiniska. After a defensive mix-up in Yesilköy JK's zone, Donelle Kirby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedrettin Sakman came out of the goal and Donelle Kirby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efe Özal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hakkı Kenan Uygu kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donelle Kirby in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bedrettin Sakman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bedrettin Sakman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birr Mullan, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Donelle Kirby blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bedrettin Sakman having to make a save. Birr Mullan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Bradain McSteven fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kiniska's protests and gave Bradain McSteven a yellow card for diving instead. Bradain McSteven hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Yesilköy JK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
