Miloud Bougherra was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 19th match minute, Pop Impex was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodor Pintilescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute, Bilal Soltani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodor Pintilescu charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodor Pintilescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Teodor Pintilescu hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Pop Impex's Mădălin Stolojan got a free kick in the 26th minute. When Dinu Lupoaia came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Pop Impex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dinu Lupoaia couldn't finish the play. Miloud Bougherra who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Octavian Macovei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Pop Impex's Traian Miu got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute of the match Noureddine Kafi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavian Macovei showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Octavian Macovei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jounaidi Assad in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Miloud Bougherra notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pop Impex's Octavian Macovei. Octavian Macovei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dinu Lupoaia to make the kick off. Miloud Bougherra took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Octavian Macovei. Octavian Macovei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 60th minute, Jounaidi Assad made a precise shot to the right of Octavian Macovei. Pop Impex's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Pop Impex's zone, Jounaidi Assad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavian Macovei came out of the goal and Jounaidi Assad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jounaidi Assad in the 66th minute of play forced Pop Impex's goalkeeper Octavian Macovei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miloud Bougherra might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Octavian Macovei. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miloud Bougherra ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Pop Impex's Traian Miu got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 75 minutes of play, Bristol Kingswood's Miloud Bougherra made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavian Macovei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noureddine Kafi hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When Bristol Kingswood's Chedli Chaffaï in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pop Impex's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Pop Impex's goal looked a bit too open when Miloud Bougherra came free, but Octavian Macovei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pop Impex's Octavian Macovei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jounaidi Assad in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute Jounaidi Assad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Macovei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Bristol Kingswood had played much better football throughout.
