But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cenan Adahan couldn't finish the play. Kubat İncel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Devlin Tracy, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Bahcekapi JK's Derya Taştan got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birr Mullan in the 20th minute of play forced Bahcekapi JK's goalkeeper Kubat İncel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kiniska's Birr Mullan got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kiniska's goalkeeper Fiachra Colwell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kubat İncel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birr Mullan, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cenan Adahan to make the kick off. Kubat İncel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donelle Kirby in the 58th minute of play. Birr Mullan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kubat İncel having to make a save. With a little luck, Bahcekapi JK's Kubat İncel got control of the ball when Birr Mullan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Kiniska booed when Bahcekapi JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abuzer Yücelay didn't get a good kick on the ball. 97 minutes into the match, Kiniska's Birr Mullan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kubat İncel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Kiniska players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
