In the 2nd minute, Jose Manuel Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Van Houdtvinck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Bucur in the 4th minute of the match. Anfilogino Amicone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Borrelli in the 6th minute of play. Ian Pansby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Alexander Van Houdtvinck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the match Josiah Ferland shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexander Van Houdtvinck showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anfilogino Amicone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Van Houdtvinck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gigel Bucur went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 33 minutes into the match, Toronto Marlies FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Flores came free, but Anfilogino Amicone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Isidoro Pacifico almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone did a great save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gigel Bucur was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Alessio Borrelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anfilogino Amicone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, German Liher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebracho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but German Liher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anfilogino Amicone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quebracho FC's Wouter De Brouwer was substituted for German Liher. Tracy Narcisse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Toronto Marlies FC made a substitution. Daniel Passarelli replaced Ian Pansby. In the 78th match minute, Toronto Marlies FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Ånger to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Toronto Marlies FC's goal looked a bit too open when He Yi Yuan came free, but Anfilogino Amicone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute Quebracho FC were awarded a corner. Isidoro Pacifico went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Quebracho FC's corner He Yi Yuan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anfilogino Amicone quite easily take care of the ball. In the 94th minute, Daniel Passarelli made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Van Houdtvinck. Quebracho FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Toronto Marlies FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
