Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC's Sari Bo Hamad couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Syne Village. Arthur Williams kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Cian Daoust took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sari Bo Hamad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolek Owsiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Williams in the 12th minute of play. Cian Daoust showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamzah Bo Abbas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamzah Bo Abbas in the 20th minute of play forced Syne Village's goalkeeper Cian Daoust to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christopher Hyland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Tolek Owsiak made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Syne Village's Devon Betancourt broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 35 minutes into the match, Shurwayne Hussein had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tolek Owsiak. Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shurwayne Hussein was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Hamzah Bo Abbas might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cian Daoust. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hamzah Bo Abbas ran back to his position shaking his head. Tolek Owsiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Williams, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wintley Ramkisson got free with Tolek Owsiak in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC's goalkeeper Tolek Owsiak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shurwayne Hussein. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mosaed Al Sohali to make the kick off. With a little luck, Syne Village's Cian Daoust got control of the ball when Mosaed Al Sohali tried to sneak it across the goal line. Shaker Al Abdullah hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Cian Daoust took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamzah Bo Abbas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tolek Owsiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arthur Williams in the 68th minute of play. Abdul Mohsen Al Banwan kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Tolek Owsiak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Hyland in the 77th minute of the match. Wintley Ramkisson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Sari Bo Hamad hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Eyad Al Asuosi's late challenge caught a Syne Village's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eyad Al Asuosi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd match minute, Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eyad Al Asuosi to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute of the match Bird Cipriani sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tolek Owsiak skillfully saved the ball. If Mansour Al Khobaize had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ras al-Jaima Al Ain FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Syne Village.
