Al Ahli Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain the free kick. After 5 played minutes Al Ahli Club got a freekick which was hit by Ammar Al Sharaf. If Salam Al Hashash had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Al Ahli Club getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Mahmoud Bo Qamaz hit a great ball. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Al Ahli Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eshaq Al Khars took the corner. Eshaq Al Khars made a great header on Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's corner, it was just that Al Ahli Club's Domingos Berriotxoa managed to reach the ball for a save. Domingos Berriotxoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salam Al Hashash in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain were awarded a corner. Eshaq Al Khars went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Eshaq Al Khars to fire away a dangerous shot which Domingos Berriotxoa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Al Ahli Club's Domingos Berriotxoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raed Kakoli in the 23rd minute of play. Aesem Sarkhoh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salam Al Hashash who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Domingos Berriotxoa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Yazeed Al Saleh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sarhan Al Bloshi, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Gibrel Ghadhanfer's late challenge caught a Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gibrel Ghadhanfer helped the player get up and apologised. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain were furious when Eshaq Al Khars was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Al Ahli Club. Saif Boland stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Yazeed Al Saleh. 0-1.

After some fancy dribbling in the 50th minute, Yasser Shadad managed to get in a good position for a shot. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's supporters rose to their feet, but Yasser Shadad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingos Berriotxoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yazeed Al Saleh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sarhan Al Bloshi in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute Yasser Shadad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Berriotxoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yazeed Al Saleh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sarhan Al Bloshi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Yazeed Al Saleh got control of the ball when Sarhan Al Bloshi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th match minute, Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawood Al Enzi to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Yazeed Al Saleh got control of the ball when Sarhan Al Bloshi tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Salam Al Hashash in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Al Ahli Club's goalie prevented a goal. Yazeed Al Saleh made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Gibrel Ghadhanfer sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the game, Emad Shabakhoh recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Yazeed Al Saleh. Emad Shabakhoh showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 84th minute, Monther Al Ateqi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Berriotxoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's Yazeed Al Saleh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sarhan Al Bloshi in the 87th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Gibrel Ghadhanfer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yazeed Al Saleh. Al Arabi Umm Al Quwain's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gibrel Ghadhanfer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Monther Al Ateqi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Domingos Berriotxoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Al Ahli Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
