In the 7th minute Baudelio Maillard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Enaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When CSD Concepción's Ivo Männik in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Severino Enaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Männik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind CSD Concepción's goalkeeper Emanuel Podgoreanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CSD Concepción's Julio Roca got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A throw-in in the 26th minute of the game was made by Edgardo Soto Tapia with Baudelio Maillard as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When CSD Concepción's Manuel Antonio Amenábar in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 defense, Baudelio Maillard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Enaut. The TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Enaut should have stopped the shot. CSD Concepción made a substitution. Nicanor Montxo replaced Ivo Männik. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feliciano Ongile to make the kick off. When Tolek Wiatrak came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the CSD Concepción fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tolek Wiatrak couldn't finish the play. In the 57th minute, Eriberto Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severino Enaut came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by CSD Concepción's Nicanor Montxo. But to his dismay, Nicanor Montxo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Severino Enaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriberto Miranda in the 64th minute of play. Eriberto Miranda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severino Enaut read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Eriberto Miranda took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Enaut. Severino Enaut dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Eriberto Miranda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severino Enaut read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goalkeeper Severino Enaut, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Eriberto Miranda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the match, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's goal looked a bit too open when Eriberto Miranda came free, but Severino Enaut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, CSD Concepción's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Oton came free, but Emanuel Podgoreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Eriberto Miranda made a precise shot to the right of Severino Enaut. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. CSD Concepción's Eriberto Miranda got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anselmo Oton was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 96th minute. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CSD Concepción had won after a very even match.
