Serafín Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Adrianus Tambunan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zhang Hong Xun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorotheos Macheritsas in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Yerko Van Dijk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute of the match Niels Henning sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zhang Hong Xun skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Zhang Hong Xun managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Putra Rewulu's Dorotheos Macheritsas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 42 minutes into the match, Tabalongo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Adjat Inzaghi came free, but Zhang Hong Xun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tabalongo AFC's Zhang Hong Xun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adjat Inzaghi in the 45th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 53 minutes of play, Putra Rewulu's Dorotheos Macheritsas made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zhang Hong Xun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zhang Hong Xun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorotheos Macheritsas in the 60th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Tabalongo AFC's Ariel Bautista dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Mauro Guiral's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Adrianus Tambunan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tabalongo AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
