Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Iuri Cardozo made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of COURO COME FC booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Alvarado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 6 minutes, Zé Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. COURO COME FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nacho González didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Décio Veiga went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Ulizes Sola took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isaac Olentzaro. Isaac Olentzaro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Décio Veiga in the 14th minute of play forced Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Nacho González to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isaac Olentzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulizes Sola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Décio Veiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The COURO COME FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Nacho González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Leite in the 18th minute of the match. The corner led COURO COME FC's Zé Leite to fire away a dangerous shot which Nacho González despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Ulizes Sola recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Isaac Olentzaro. Ulizes Sola showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Astillero del Guayas's Nacho González played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Veiga in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by Astillero del Guayas's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zé Leite was slow to take the kick. During this time COURO COME FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on COURO COME FC's corner Zé Leite fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nacho González quite easily take care of the ball. Nacho González came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by COURO COME FC's Geovani Coutinho. But to his dismay, Geovani Coutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Nacho González made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Décio Veiga in the 31st minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, COURO COME FC's Iuri Cardozo made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nacho González was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, COURO COME FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Eguizabal came free, but Isaac Olentzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 50th minute Zarando Eguizabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Olentzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Olentzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zarando Eguizabal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Astillero del Guayas's zone, Joacim Myhr stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nacho González came out of the goal and Joacim Myhr tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 55 played minutes, Astillero del Guayas's Gustav Vinström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isaac Olentzaro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Astillero del Guayas reached it. The referee felt a red card was in order, 64 minutes into the game, when Rômulo Machado put in a rough tackle. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for COURO COME FC! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulizes Sola in the 71st minute of play forced COURO COME FC's goalkeeper Isaac Olentzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Leite came free, but Nacho González reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute, Zarando Eguizabal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Astillero del Guayas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-4. COURO COME FC's Xabat Balboa was substituted for Joacim Myhr. Joacim Myhr kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Isaac Olentzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulizes Sola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Astillero del Guayas's Nacho González played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Leite in the 94th minute of play. Nacho González showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Leite in the 96th minute of the match. Nacho González took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zé Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. COURO COME FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Astillero del Guayas had controlled the match.
