The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bruno-Henrique Orange received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Blas Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casemiro Orange's late challenge caught a La Acade's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Casemiro Orange helped the player get up and apologised. 5 minutes into the game, one of Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. A hard shot 11 in the game by Kip William from a close distance when the talented Edinho Pirani managed to make a qualified save. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's players were relieved. After 13 played minutes La Acade got a freekick which was hit by Stelian Avram. Blas Aritza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Reis in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno-Henrique Orange in the 15th minute of play forced La Acade's goalkeeper Blas Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, La Acade's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno-Henrique Orange came free, but Blas Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th match minute, La Acade was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shao Zhou to maneuver through the defense. Blas Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedrinho Reis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Edinho Pirani got control of the ball when Prospero Inguma tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Bec Orange in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by La Acade's Leonard Lamczyk. Kip William could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Edinho Pirani made a huge save. Pedrinho Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute Pedrinho Reis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blas Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blas Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Blas Aritza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Reis in the 41st minute of play. Tostão Vasconcelos made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Pedrinho Reis immediately put the ball in play. La Acade's Kip William got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Kip William made the kick off in the second half. Edinho Pirani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kip William in the 54th minute of play. If Kip William had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute Kip William shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of La Acade booed when Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bec Orange didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Kip William shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edinho Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bec Orange made in the 63rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Pedrinho Reis. In the 63rdth minute of the game Pedrinho Reis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Acade's Blas Aritza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edinho Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kip William, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 70 played minutes Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Zinédine Orange. Blas Aritza made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Bruno-Henrique Orange sent off a good shot on target. Zico Orange hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The supporters of La Acade booed when Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zico Orange didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedrinho Reis in the 78th minute of play forced La Acade's goalkeeper Blas Aritza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edinho Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonard Lamczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes in the game Bec Orange did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Eusébio Orange. Blas Aritza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno-Henrique Orange in the 85th minute. In the 94th minute of the match La Acade got a corner. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Teófilo Amaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Teófilo Amaro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edinho Pirani quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Carles Orange thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Edinho Pirani, a very annoying self made goal in the 94th minute which led to 1-0. La Acade were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ for a fine match.
